Our process

The first step in getting new countertops is setting up an appointment with one of our designers who will be able to educate you on all options available and answer all of your questions.

When you come in to meet with one of our team members please bring a drawing of the current or proposed layout with dimensions. Bringing one of your cabinet doors as a color sample is also extremely helpful to use as a reference when picking colors. This information will help us make recommendations based on the size of your space, color of your cabinets and also put together a preliminary estimate.

After a proposal is accepted we require a deposit, which will allow us to set up a template date after your cabinets are installed or existing tops have been removed.

Once the template is complete you will be given an install date where the tops will be installed and your sink mounted (unless it is a farm sink, which will need to be installed prior to the template). If you need a referral for a plumber please ask one of our designers.
